Position Overview

Libraries and Cultural Resources invites applications for Part-time Student Assistant(s).  Some evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.

Your duties will vary depending on the position and unit within Libraries and Cultural Resources.  Training will be provided as needed.  Your accountabilities may include completing all work assigned in a thorough and accurate manner; managing your time effectively to carry out overall responsibilities within the department/unit; maintaining effective and productive working relationships with internal and external University clientele; and demonstrating strong communication and public service skills.

You MUST be a registered University of Calgary student.  For Non-Canadian or Non-Resident students, please indicate on your online application/resume if you have a valid Study Permit issued from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
