The University of Calgary has made foundational commitments to inclusive excellence, to attracting and supporting diverse talent, and to creating equitable pathways within the academy. This hiring initiative was developed in accordance with Section 101 of the Alberta Human Rights Act and is only open to qualified academic scholars from equity-deserving groups (women, Indigenous peoples, racialized/visible minorities, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+). UCalgary is seeking candidates across several faculities and disciplinary areas. Inclusive Excellence Hire positions will be posted in the coming weeks on the academic careers page.
