EDPS 669 Social Emotional Assessment and Intervention
Focuses on the theory and practice of social, emotional, and behavioural assessment and on evidence-based interventions to enhance the mental health and behavioural well-being of children and youth.

The Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary invites applications for term certain Sessional Instructor positions for the Winter 2025 term in Educational Psychology. Sessional instructors will teach online and on campus graduate courses that are integral parts of the graduate programs in the Werklund School of Education.
Graduate Programs in Education (GPE) has over 1000 graduate students registered in seven (7) specializations. Position Requirements
Educational Psychology: Educational Psychology consists of Educational Studies in Counselling Psychology and in School and Applied Child Psychology. Desired qualifications include a completed doctorate in psychology or a related field, registration as a psychologist, evidence of successful teaching and leadership experience in workplace, university or school settings, demonstrated experience in online/distance education for courses delivered online or in a blended format, and capacity to work effectively in a collaborative culture. Knowledge and understanding of the programs and specializations in Educational Psychology will also be considered as assets for the sessional teaching positions.
