The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for Sessional Instructor(s) to teach Winter 2025 MGST 451 (Corporate Governance & Ethical Decision-Making). Classes in the Winter 2025 semester run from January 13 to April 11, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between April 14 to April 28, 2025, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:
"Develop an increased awareness of the importance of corporate governance systems and strong financial decision making systems in developing effective business enterprises. Specific emphasis on the resolution of agency problems, the role of the board of directors, compensation systems and financial modelling."
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in the field are desirable
- Previous post-secondary teaching experience is a requirement
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience providing instruction face-to-face and online in a post-secondary setting
- Experience in programs such as Zoom, D2L and other digital education products would be an asset
