The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor(s) to teach Winter 2025 REAL 317 LEC 01 (Real Estate Development and Urbanization) on Mondays from 11:00-13:45. Classes in the Winter 2025 semester run from January 13 to April 11, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between April 14 to April 28, 2025, if applicable

The calendar description of the course:
"Overview of the real estate industry value chain, from raw land and built form through asset management. Addresses different sectors and business models, environmental, political, social and technology considerations and trends."
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in the field are desirable.
- Previous post secondary teaching experience is a requirement.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience providing instruction online in a post secondary setting.
- Experience in programs such as Zoom, D2L and other digital education products would be an asset.
