The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Winter 2025 FNCE 451 (Corporate Finance). Classes in the Winter 2025 semester run from January 13 to April 11, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between April 14 to April 28, 2025, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:
"A deeper understanding of topics such as capital budgeting, capital structure, valuation, payout policy, and financing decisions."
Qualifications
- A PhD or be close to completing a PhD in Finance or related field is required
- Previous post secondary teaching experience is an asset
- Work experience in the field are desirable
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience providing instruction face-to-face and online in a post secondary setting
- Experience in programs such as Zoom, D2L and other digital education products would be an asset
