The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach the combined section of Winter 2025 block week REAL 457 LEC 01/REAL 657 LEC 01 (Real Estate Marketing). Classes in the Winter 2025 block week run from Monday, January 6 to Friday, January 10, 2025.

The calendar description of the course:
"Marketing is essential to the success of any real estate development project. In this course, students review the role that marketing plays at each step in the development process, gain an understanding of changing real estate markets, and learn how to utilize market research information, develop and manage a marketing program, create unique project identities, and undertake an effective advertising and communications program."
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in the field are desirable.
- Previous post secondary teaching experience is a requirement.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience providing instruction online in a post secondary setting.
- Experience in programs such as Zoom, D2L and other digital education products would be an asset.
