Description

The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Winter 2025 MKTG 435 LEC 01 (Marketing Communications) on Wednesdays from 18:30-21:15. Classes in the Winter 2025 semester run from January 13, 2025 to April 11, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between April 14, 2025 to April 25, 2025, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:
"Evaluations of the roles of various communication tools including advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations."

Qualifications

  • MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in marketing and/or advertising are desirable. 
  • Previous post secondary teaching experience is a requirement.
  • Experience in programs such as Zoom, D2L and other digital education products would be an asset.
