Duration:   1-3 years  
Start date:   April 2019 earliest
Salary:   $50,000 including benefits

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Calgary is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar in Develop cell-level electronic converters for OLEDs.

Job Description:

The applicant is expected to have experience in IC design and have worked with the relevant software packages such as Cadence. Also, experience in fabricating integrated circuits is suggested. The successful applicant will work on the design and fabrication of integrated electronic solutions used for OLEDs. Printing integrated electronics will also be a part of this project. The candidate will be required to work within a team environment, thus excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of interdisciplinary researchers is required.    

Qualifications:

PhD in electrical engineering or electronics with an emphasis on the mixed integrated circuit (IC) design.
